About Us
For years, we have been observing the growing impact of generational diversity in the workplace. Drs. Cathy Rodgers and Scott Mills are dedicated to bringing together the brightest minds and most skillful leaders from all different types of organizations to build healthy, vital organizations.
Cathy A. Rodgers, PhD, Managing Partner, is a Baby Boomer who works with companies to nurture knowledge and skill at all levels. She helps ensure that people have the information and ability they need to be their most effective, whether in fulfilling on an organization’s purpose in powerful ways, participating in productive teams or knowing how to share the value provided by a product or service. Cathy’s goal is for people to love what they do, build on the unique strengths they bring and work effectively with, and for, others. In addition to her work with companies, Cathy is a guest lecturer at a number of universities in NY on the topic that most excites her—generational diversity and engaged communities.
Scott Mills, PhD, Managing Partner, is passionately engaged in building strong leaders and organizations. A Gen X innovator, he has taught people all over the U.S. how to understand others better, work with their own strengths and discover their own passion for work. Whether in the university, corporate or nonprofit world, he is rooted in solid research and creative thinking leading to innovate problem solving.
Scott's research focuses on ways for work to be more meaningful and engaging across generations. He has been examining workplace spirituality for more than 8 years and is currently working on a book focusing on meaning making and work. His volunteer work includes sitting on the Board of Directors of the National Youth Advocacy Coalition.
As part of his ongoing commitment to supporting health and wellbeing among individuals and organizations, in 2008 Scott founded the Joy and Balance Network, a global community of coaches, consultants and others learning together and enhancing their service. Feel free to become a part of the network (www.joyandbalance.ning.com).
Cathy and Scott are currently researching a book on Harnessing Generational Diversity in the workplace. You can find excerpts on their blog.
