The Work for Change team works to build communities capable of recognizing and harnessing the strengths of the different generations. Based in the research and experience of Drs. Mills and Rodgers, we offer a unique approach to working with organizations in a way that builds greater health and vitality by addressing the specific needs of individual communities and the varied dynamics that influence them.
The Work for Change team has recently conducted an international survey to assess current trends in generational diversity. With over 2000 responses world wide, the findings offer compelling suggestions for building value through and for employees. In addition, we have interviewed or worked with executives from companies such as GE, Clorox, Hyatt Regency, Intel and Communispace and the list grows daily.
